WCM does not support connectivity for barns, livestock installations, point-to-point, surveillance, video monitoring, or anything that involves physical, livestock or personal (human) safety.

Clients that install or configure network devices of this type do so at their own discretion and WCM is not liable for these devices, and if service is impacted or data allotments abused, WCM will reserve the right to block these devices on the network or disable the service in its entirety.

WCM also reserves the right to cancel service if use of service violates any local or federal laws, which also includes downloading or streaming of unlicensed content.

WCM only installs and supports internet service for residential or business use locations, and 99% uptime is not guaranteed.

WCM does provide best effort to respond and/or resolve issues related to local equipment/configuration within their control within one business day however issues may take up to 10 business days for resolution due to availability of parts/resources.
